Hotel information
Please note that we are no longer taking bookings for the hotels. If you have not yet booked your
accommodation please make your own arrangements. You may still be able to book rooms at the suggested
hotels by contacting them directly, although prices will be more expensive.
Please download the relevant document if you are staying in one of the recommended hotels for detailed travel information.
Payment and cancellation policies
Hoteles Catalonia
- A credit card number is required at the time of booking. No charge will be made to this card unless a cancellation is made.
- There will be no charge for cancellations made before 16 October 2009. For cancellations made between 16 October and
16 November, a charge of one night will be made. After 16 November the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Residencia Salesiana Martí-Coldolar
- A credit card number is required at the time of booking. No charge will be made to this card unless a cancellation is made.
- The rooms have been paid for by us so you will need to pay us in cash (NO CREDIT CARD) at the conference registration desk on Monday 16 or Tuesday 17 Nov.
- The following cancellation charges will apply:
If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival a charge of 20% will be made.
Between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival a charge of 50% will be made.
Between 48 hrs and 7 days prior to arrival a charge of 25% will be made.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hrs prior to arrival the full cost of the reservation will be taken.
